Hampton Alumna Kellie Wells Wins Bronze in 100m Hurdles

Former Hampton student-athlete Kellie Wells won the bronze medal today in the 100m hurdles with a time of 12.48 seconds.

Defending champion Dawn Harper of the United States finished second in event in an Olympics-record 12.37 seconds. Australia's Sally Pearson won the event in 12.37.

Wells becomes the first Hampton athletes to win an Olympic medal.
