The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) will host the 2017 Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships, Feb. 16-18, at the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, Md.

For the first time in the event’s history, ESPN3 will stream Saturday’s action live from 1-4 p.m. EST.

"Having the finals on ESPN3 allows the conference to showcase its rich track & field history to a global audience,” said MEAC Commissioner Dr. Dennis E. Thomas. “Our MEAC institutions have produced a plethora of talented student-athletes and coaches in the world of track & field over the years. Working with ESPN3 provides our student-athletes and coaches the chance to display their talents and share their stories on an expanded national platform.”

Competition will begin on Thursday at 3 p.m. with the men's heptathlon, followed by the women's 5,000m and women's long jump at 3:15 p.m.  The day continues with the men's 5,000m race and semifinals of the men's and women's 200m races.
