GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Freshman Edie Brewer had her third double-double of the season, but a slow start and a tough fourth set allowed Campbell to defeat North Carolina A&T 3-1 (25-12, 25-22, 22-25, 25-17) at Moore Gymnasium Tuesday night.

Gardner-Webb 3, North Carolina Central 1

DURHAM, N.C. -- Senior setter Paige Phillips and junior libero Bree Simmons tallied match-high totals from their respective specialty positions to highlight play for the North Carolina Central volleyball team in a 3-1 loss to Gardner-Webb inside McDougald-McLendon Arena Tuesday.

Loyola (Md.) 3, Coppin State 0

BALTIMORE, Md. -- Coppin State fell to the Loyola Greyhounds at Reitz Arena 3-0 (18-25, 19-25, 21-25) on Tuesday, despite 18 assists and nine digs from Angel Jamerson. Elanna Nellis sported her highest hitting percentage of the season with .375, while Glorines Rosado, Marlena Guice and Bailee Jackson each tallied double digit digs, 14, 11, and 11 respectively.
