MEAC Announces Weekly Bowling Honors

Maryland Eastern Shore sophomore Jacqueline Rhoda was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Bowler of the Week, the conference office announced today.

Rhoda (5-6, So., Portage, Ind.) helped lead her team to a 191.86 average over 64 Baker games at the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Intercollegiate Team Championships Sectional this past weekend and a spot in the Championships on April 20-22. She also finished fifth in the USBC Intercollegiate Singles Sectional, averaging 205.3 pins over six traditional games en route to qualifying for the championships on April 19.

Other Top Performers

Alexis Neuer (DSU) reached USBC Championship qualification with a 210.2 average in this past weekend's Sectional, topping the 200-pin mark four times.
