The 2017 MEAC Tournament Champion North Carolina Central Eagles will begin NCAA Tournament Play Wednesday, March 15 in dayton versus UC Davis in the First Four Round.

Two seasons ago, NCCU participated in the NIT with a road game against the University of Miami.

The 2016-17 NCCU team boasts an overall record of 25-8 with a 13-3 conference mark.

UC Davis won the Big West Conference Tournament and enters Wednesday’s game with a 22-12 overall record.
